DESCRIPTION: Teaming comes with a number of standard forms. Large data entry forms can be imagined and used in a number of business settings. Often time a large form is not needed. We may only need three or four additional pieces of information. The Case Report form demonstrates how you can do this. With a couple of quick and easy additions to the form you can personalize a wiki entry to your use and business needs.

In the second figure notice that the information in the description area is the important content that may differ from case to case. The information that is important in this case is weather the case is closed, who is the opposing council, appeal date, and date closed. To create text fields, and select box options for every possible piece of information in a case would be impractical and cumbersome. Instead, use the functional text editor to create and maintain case tables, create instant wiki (internal) links to important references within Teaming, and add images or URL (external) links.

The Case Report form, though simple, demonstrates the flexibility of Teaming to provide custom information forms for businesses of all scale, size, and industry.
