To back up the ZENworks Reporting 5.6.1 data:
In the ZENworks Reporting Home page, under ZENworks Reporting Appliance click ZENworks Reporting Backup (https://<FQDN>:9443 or https://<ipaddress>:9443).
ZENworks Reporting backup is stored in the /vastorage/backup folder in the file system.
Download the ZENworks_Reporting_62_Migration_Utility.zip file, from the Download website.
Extract the ZENworks_Reporting_62_Migration_Utility.zip file.
You will get the zrs-migration-prereq-0.1-1.noarch.rpm file.
Back up the security configuration of the ZENworks Reporting Appliance:
Copy the zrs-migration-prereq-0.1-1.noarch.rpm file to any folder.
Log into the ZENworks Reporting server through SSH.
If SSH is disabled, then run the service sshd start command on the console.
Go to the zrs-migration-prereq-0.1-1.noarch.rpm location and execute the rpm –ivh zrs-migration-prereq-0.1-1.noarch.rpm command.
Note the location of the second hard disk and then copy the hard disk to an accessible location.
For example, if you are using VMware ESX, right-click on the machine, Edit settings, note down where the hard disk is located. Go to the location and copy the hard disk file. The file format will be in <machinename> vmdk
It is recommended to back up the /vastorage/backup directory to another location on the 5.6.1 appliance.
Power off the ZENworks Reporting 5.6.1 Appliance.

IMPORTANT:After backing up ZENworks Reporting, if you make any changes in the ZENworks Reporting server they might not be available post migration.
