5.0 Reviewing Audit Log Files for the Web Admin Console

You can view activity that has occurred in the Web Admin Console for your organization. Any user who has administrative privileges can make changes in the Web Admin Console. These changes can be tracked by reviewing the audit log files.

  1. Log in to the Web Admin Console.

  2. Expand System, then click Audit Log.

  3. Click in the date field, then select the date for which you want to view activity.

  4. Click Refresh to obtain the most recent log information.

    The following information is displayed:

    Time: The time that the action was performed.

    Actor: The user who performed the action.

    Action: The action that was performed.

    Target: The user who is the object of the action.
