PlateSpin Recon 3.6.1 includes the following new features:
Support for New Platforms: This release enhances the existing comprehensive platform support with the addition of support for VMware* vCenter Server 4, VMware ESX 4.0, and VMware ESXi 4.
Support for New Processor: This release provides support for inventory and data collection for the Intel* Xeon* processors based on the Nehalem architecture processor.
The following issues that were discovered in the original shipping version of PlateSpin Recon 3.6 have been resolved in this release:
495106: PlateSpin Recon Inventory of VC2.5 fails with the message No output returned from the script execution.
510350: PlateSpin Recon 3.6 Inventory hangs the servers.
515062: ESX edition for ESX 4i is displayed incorrectly. In the
